I like to keep things simple. My Family Portraits are exactly that – no minimums – no packages. Very simply, I am going to charge you $15 for each pose you choose (I spend sometimes as much as an hour retouching EACH original image that I make your portraits from) and then a simple upfront cost for the prints. Nothing hidden, nothing tricky.
I personally retouch each and every image to not only clear up any complexion issues, but also to fully utilize every pixel available through the use of selective enhancement. I will also generally give you several choices on each image which could include choices such as black and white, sepia toned, half toned, dou-toned, B/W with selective colorization, diffusion filtration, over saturation, a variety of edges and textures.
I utilize a professional lab that was opened in 1970 in the basement of a photographer’s brother and has grown into a $20 million a year enterprise. They use only Kodak and Fuji professional papers (each manufacturer has really cool products) and each image is analyzed for the best possible portrait.
If there is a product that you want, but don’t see it – ask – I can probably get it for you.

Just RAW images…
I am often asked if I will simply capture the portraits and then sell the client a disk with images on it. These are generally people who use Photoshop and want to apply their own artistic bend to the creative process. Sure – everything I have is for sale. For a DVD with just the RAW images and a copyright release of the images, I charge $499 ($299 if purchased with any portraits that total $300 or more)
Low Rez Images…
Perfect for emails and web sites, I will be happy to burn to a CD any of the images that you order from as Low Resolution images for $20 each.
